March 24, 2019, was a special day for Sagar, who was baptized at Covenant, and became a member of Covenant BPC, together with his wife Elishiva. Shamik Biswas also became a member of Covenant, and all three come from West Bengal. Shamik has heeded the call of the Lord to serve the Master. He, having quit his promising IT career, joined Presbyterian Theological Seminary to pursue the Master of Divinity degree, and thereafter to establish a Reformed church in Calcutta.
